Dominique was previously Director of Professional Services at GridXpert, and CTO of Dot.Phone (UK) and Ofye France. From 1998 to mid-2001, Dominique was R&D Director at Amdocs (US and France) where he was responsible for innovative technology programs in the area of Billing and CRM related to rollout of Operators' Value Added Services.

Dominique holds a B.Sc in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a MS degree (DEA) from Supelec / Orsay Sud University, France. In addition, Dominique has participated in MS level courses on object-oriented systems at Harvard University, Cambridge.
